Positive: Everything about the location to ambience, mood, peacefulness, cleanliness was all good. Have buggy cars for moving within the campus. Pool was good but not properly cleaned. Not enough seats too around the pool. Good view. Balcony was great. Have plenty of space to walk around and cycles were also available free of cost. Lawn and garden were properly maintained. Campus was clean and neat. Campus is perfect for photos and videos, no matter where you point your camera.

Negative: Size of room was a bit small for a family with kids. One thing that was bad or below average was the dinner. The staff have forced us to take the paid buffet dinner which cost rs 750/ per person. Room service cost 40% extra. There were no proper starters, main course or dessert. All felt like a hit or miss. All food tasted awkward or blank or not how it was ment to taste like. Buffet didnt have a proper veg or nonveg like a simple paneer or chicken curry. No breads like Chappathi, roti or porotta were available. No good veg or non veg options also, just one or 2 dishes whose names were unheared of and tasted really bad. We finally had to settle for just white rice, curd and pickle. Yes for rs 750/- per head. Even an average 3 star hotel provides a quality buffet for Rs 500/ with 15 to 20 dish options. A rs 100 dinner from a local hotel would have satisfied us more than this crap. Complementary breakfast was very good though. I would rate 2/10 for dinner and 9/10 for breakfast.

Summary: Location, ambience, quiteness, amenities all were good. Room was small and dinner needs improvemt.

Positive: Staff was very welcoming. Tea time and breakfast were of good quality. Peaceful, close to nature and lots of birds to watch. Free entrance to the bird sanctuary included.

Negative: Not a lot of seating place outside, beer parlour is not very inviting.

Positive: The location of the property was spectacular. The sunset was breathtaking. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.

Negative: The stairs made it a little hard for my elderly parents
