Positive: Great little place with attentive staff and personal attention. Yashwant is the host and chef who is very informative and eager to share his knowledge and recipes. The food was authentic and delicious, having been made with fresh produce.

Positive: Wonderful hospitality and very accommodating. The cooking experience was particularly excellent! The sunrise cruise was great and very accessible from the properly, with the boat tour guide being knowledgeable about wildlife.

Positive: A gorgeous place to stay where we had the most delicious meals conjured up by Sanu and Jes and a wonderful backwater cruise for 3 hours late afternoon on their own boat. The boys are delightful to chat with and are extremely generous. We hope to return to this unique place in the future and we sincerely hope that it does not change in any way. Coming from a resort hotel just prior to our stay, it was just what we needed to find.

Positive: We had a wonderful one night stay here! It’s a cute one bedroom cottage right on the backwaters and has a lovely garden in front. The bed was super comfy and WiFi was great. And the food… prepared with so much love and care by the host Jes, these meals were culturally rich and very tasty. I’ll highly recommend this stay!

Positive: Everything … starting from welcoming us with their beautiful smiles & the last goodbye with a tight hug - it is the best property to come when you are thinking about backwaters and when you want to feel and experience it in the local way - their wooden boats , the tuktuk ride with sunsets , green paddy fields , the toddy shop , the amazing breakfast and dinners , the romantic setting, the music when you take the ride in the boat , the walking trail where everything is green and clean , the chai session at the gossip centre ( as they have named it ) , - the bestest tea we had in Kerala , chirping birds everywhere , the rain drops on the blue water lilies , the grand feast with story telling - we are mesmarised- it’s the best experience for us in india ever . Thank you the entire team whose only mission is to make their guests happy and their travel fulfilling . You have created wonderful memories for us !!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ , it’s 10 star treatment not 5 start 😁🤗

Positive: Staying here was one of the highlights of our 3 weeks trip to India. The room is very comfortable and beautifully designed, the waterfront location great, but the exceptional value here is the super friendly and personalized hosting by Jes and the team, not the least the authentic and fresh meals they prepare with a lot of variety and attention to every small detail. A great opportunity to get to know Kerala life from within. Do not miss the Hindu temple visit they offer.

Positive: It was clean, well furnished and equipped, it lay right by the waters edge, at a point where most tourists on the big house boats go in one direction but they’re smaller boats were able to go in the other, down the smaller and I. My opinion much more beautiful canals.
