Apartment in the historic center of Venice (Castello district) in a quiet area outside the common tourist streets. It is close to the Biennale (gardens and arsenal) and to the Cathedral of San Pietro. Walking along the Riva degli Schiavoni, you can reach Piazza San Marco in about 20 minutes on foot. It is convenient to reach the beaches of the Venice Lido. Leased the second floor the apartment is about 90 m2, very bright, with large entrance hall (dining room) where you access to the other rooms: living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms (one double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds ). Very spacious with views of St. Peter's bell tower. Near the apartment there is a supermarket, a bar / restaurant and a bakery. The apartment is close to transportation and you can easily get down to the gardens (line 1 and 2) / biennale gardens (line 5. 1 - 4. 1-6) - San Pietro (line 5. 2). A few minutes walk from the apartment you reach Via Garibaldi area where you find all shops: supermarket, greengrocer, bakery, fishmonger, various bars and restaurants where you can enjoy some typical Venetian dishes (cicchetti), post office, pharmacy and banks.

Summary: We had a realy nice stay in venice. The Apartment is quiet and made our stay very comfortable.

Summary: We had an amazing stay in the apartment in Castello! The pictures don’t do it justice, everything was very high spec and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want and the bathroom was perfect. The district of Castello is a very good location as it was very peaceful and quiet, away from all the tourist crowds of San Marco but close enough to walk anywhere. Riccardo’s friendly father met us at Arsenale boat station and took us to the apartment. We even had a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in the fridge and some delicious biscotti! When we return to Venice we would definitely stay in the Castello apartment again. Thank you for a very welcoming and happy stay!

Summary: We were in Venice to install an art exhibition and to see the biennale. The location is close to the Arsenale and the Giardini. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. We had an incredible meal at Nevodi, if you want to go there be sure to make a reservation. It worked out perfectly for us.

Summary: One of the most tranquil and clean accomodations I have stayed at. Convenient pick up from the vaporetto stop. The apartment is spacious and has a very well equiped kitchen. The host also provided some handful basics like crackers, tea, coffee, water etc. The host responds very quickly and friendly. The checkout was flexible. We had a wonderful stay. The neighbourhood is quiet but bars and restaurants are just a 4 minute stroll away.

Summary: Riccardo and his father couldn't do more to make us at home. They met us from the boat, showed us to the apartment, pointing out the location of attractions and amenities on the way, and then explaining all about the apartment. They even gave us a bottle of prosecco and some biscotti to welcome us. The apartment is really well located, easy to get to the main attractions and in a lovely quiet street. Because it has been refurbished by the owners it seems that they really understand what people need to make their stay comfortable, even including spare umbrellas by the front door for the occasional rainstorms you get.

Summary: The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything one needs for cooking meals.There is a TV in the living room and the wi-fi works perfectly. The owner was very gracious and had stocked a few extras in the kitchen for us. It is located close to the Giardini and the Arsenale of the Venice Biennale exhibitions. We will gladly stay there next time we attend the Venice Biennale.
