Negative: Unable to gain access for about 45 minutes after a 12 hour journey due to key box fiasco. It was only possible due to the assistance of the owner of the adjoining store. The key box was too high for me and not visible enough in the dark for my son who is registered blind, finally on opening it there was no key inside.

Summary: I would stay there again if check-in was during reception availability.

Positive: staff was very friendly and there were no issues retrieving keys. location was also very convenient and had accessible taxis.

Negative: the rooms were very outdated and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. that being said, there were no other issues.

Positive: Great location in the center of Ibiza surrounded by restaurants and bars. The port is close by where you can take an excursion to the island of Formentera. The clubs are a 15 min walk away or if you are lazy you can take a taxi from the station which is right on the corner. The fortress is also nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
