Charming little house located in the bay of Talamanca on the edge of the sea with beautiful views. It is located just a few minutes walk from the beach of Talamanca and the center of Ibiza by car.
The house has a full kitchen, living room with sea views and air conditioning. 2 bedrooms, both have en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning.

Outside we find a left side covered terrace. And another open terrace facing the sea with four sun loungers.

Summary: Gorgeous, spacious property with many lovely quirky and unique features. Outdoor space is fantastic with many seating areas and glorious views. Swimming straight off the rocks was great fun, face mask and snorkel recommended to view the abundant sea life. Ramon is a very friendly, welcoming and accommodating host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All good!

Summary: Property was better than in the pictures, in a great location on Talamanca beach. Few minutes to bars / cafes and restaurants on the beach and 15 mins walk into town. 2 mins to supermarket. Eco Ibiza we’re great throughout, lots of fast comms and very friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return.

Summary: Incredible home and location - quick walk to the nearby beach and restaurants. Private coastline to have a swim any time you like. Also walking distance to the marinas if you plan on taking a boat out during your stay. Wonderful all around - would definitely go back.

Summary: We loved being able to swim right of the property and enjoyed the night time views. The A/C functions great which is critical for sleeping in the evenings. Magical trip for us.

Summary: Great location & stunning view over the bay & easy to get into the sea for a dip . Only downside for 4 adults is 1 bedroom very small .

Summary: Location is great. Lovely big apartment, lots of space and great views. Ramon is friendly and helpful. Nice to have a parking space. It was unseasonably cold and the apartment did not have good heating. Having a dressing gown would have been a nice extra.

Summary: Really loved our stay here. The setting is perfect with beautiful views and access straight into the sea for a swim. It’s an easy walk to the beach and round to the marina and into town. The house interior was a charming mixture of retro and modern and and had lots of areas to sit outside. We were met by the host who made us feel very welcome.
