Positive: Location was perfect! Could not have asked for a better one. Close to the busy streets in Old Town with restaurants but far enough for it to be completely silent and safe in the late hours. We would definitely go back again!

Positive: The property is in an amazing location. Very easy to get into and has a lovely balcony view for the morning sunrise and sunset. At that heart of Dalt Vila. Very nice shower and kitchen facilties with a coffee machine and fast WiFi.

Negative: The air on was blowing out stale mouldy air so could do with being cleaned

Positive: The location was perfect in Old Town Ibiza. Restaurants, busses, taxis, beach, port al within 12min walk. The terras has a nice view aswel on the city. Very good pricing and clean when we entered! Also a washing machine available which helped alot to wash some clothes when needed. Stove, pantry, microwave, blow dryer also all available. Not to forget the AC, which could be of use during summers Our host Juanito, was very kind and replied fast when needed. He even prepared two beers for our stay :)

Negative: The ventilation inside the house could be better especially in the shower. This due to the fact that sometimes the nice shower overfloats the shower tray and then takes a while to dry. The filters on the airconditioning where dusty so we took them out and cleaned them within 5min. Only downside about the location is you cant park (car or scooter) in front of the house. With a small 4min walk you can park your car/scooter outside of Old Town.
