Positive: Very quiet location, reasonably close to the Marina and several places to eat and drink and the main town centre of Ibiza Town are around a 30-40 minute walk away or a short taxi ride. Plenty of space in the property for us as a family of 8 adults and 2 very small grand children
Negative: I think the property could do with a little TLC, just someone going round and making notes on each room and sorting a few general maintenance jobs out to bring the house back up to tip top spec. The host Marco certainly did his best to help us out as much as he could and we had regular dialogue when we needed help on things.
Summary: A 60th B/day to remember.

Positive: Nice Clean House with large living room, 5 large bedrooms, the sun moves around the house, plenty of outside space. 5 min cycle to old town. Short walk to talamanca beach. Perfect for a group.
