Quietly nestled in south of Lanzarote in the village Las Breñas, the modern Casa Margarita boasts gorgeous views of the sea and the Montañas del Fuego as well as a great outdoor area. The holiday villa consists of a spacious, open-plan living/dining room with a sofa bed and a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite television, a dishwasher, and a barbecue as well as a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair, making this property ideal for families. Summary: Stayed here for 7 nights with my husband and 2 teenage daughters. Not for someone looking for an ultra modern place but so spacious and immaculately clean. Had everything we needed. Air conditioning worked well though we didn't use it much as, if you kept the blinds down in the day, it kept the bedrooms cool. Pool was a good size though a but chilly for me as it wasn't heated though I think you can have it heated. My daughters didn't seem to mind the temperature and had a lot of fun in it. Area around the pool and villa are nice, though quite breezy as you are high up. Please note there isn't really any tv so advise you to take a laptop or ipad with a HDMI cable if you want tv. 10 minute drive from Playa Blanca. Aramita was so accommodating and responded promptly to all our questions. Just one further note: to get to bedroom 4 (single room) you have to go through bedroom 3. Overall I would highly recommend the villa.

Summary: Excellent property, immaculately clean, spacious and has all required utilities. Situated in a quiet location with a lovely private pool area, lots of outdoor space. Gorgeous area, plenty to do and see and the weather is excellent! Cueva de los Verde's Auditorium is well worth visiting, especially if you like music. Lush beaches - would suggest Playa de Caleto del Mero for white sandy beaches and Playa la Famara for watersports and a large expanse of beach with dunes. Various scenic viewpoints and tourist areas with opportunities to get out walking and do photography + videography - Lanzarote's landscape is like another planet. Thank you for letting your Villa out to us, will be recommending it to friends and family.

Summary: Villa Margerita in Las Brenas was perfect for our two families - quiet and with our own pool but close enough to drive to all of the local towns and attractions. Aramita was there to welcome us and very helpful throughout the stay - she is a brilliant host. Would recommend this villa to anyone.

Summary: Pros: La casa tenía una piscina grande y todas las instalaciones eran muy cómodas y amplias. Cons: Me gusto todo, como pega únicamente que está un poco apartada y hay que disponer de coche, además, la zona es un poco ventosa pero la zona de piscina está abrigada y la terraza también.
