Summary: Home was a great location.wish it had been cleaner. No sheets for extra beds not listed in information. Bedding a bit worn out! No enough pillows. Not enough family space..den listed was a hallway!!!

Summary: We have rented in Bethany before so knew to expect the poor-quality sheets and towels supplied by the rental agency, but there was no excuse for the poor cleaning job. The kitchen had greasy dust on the lights over the island, a grungy microwave and fridge water dispenser covered with fingerprints. The insides of the cabinets were a disaster, with pots serving dishes thrown about randomly, and crumbs in the drawers. The bathroom counters had makeup residue on them. I know it’s difficult to find workers these days, but if a house is advertised as COVID clean, it sets high expectations. Additionally, the pillows were awful quality and there were no extra linens (including for the cots and the fold-outs). On the positive side, the house is nicely laid out, with sufficient baths for the bedrooms and the location is good.
