Positive: The location was excellent, within easy reach of the metro and near to bars and places to eat

Negative: Definitely needs more towels! There was one towel each and no hand towels. Also one toilet between 5 of us was not ideal but I should have checked that.

Negative: I have to wait at the hotel street for 30 minutes to see the host. My booking is 3 bedrooms with 2 bath, yet they only give me 2 bedrooms with 1 bath. When I ask for the reason, they said it is the best they can do and said if I do not like this they can cancel and refund to me. Do I have a choice in such situation? The 2-room apartment has 1 bath yet the toilet is separated from the bath. There is no washing basin in the toilet. The beds make a lot of noise for any movement on the bed. I have sent them message to request for 3 parking spaces and never received any reply. At the end I only got 2 parking spaces with only 1 key to enter the park and operate the elevator.

Summary: Good location but without hospitality.

Positive: The hosts have been suuuper kind and have perfectly responded to everything I needed. The apartment is spotless, bright, very comfortable, and the kitchen works perfectly. I will definitely come back.
