Summary: Such friendly, helpful staff. I felt very welcomed and oh my gosh, the breakfast room is beautiful with a lovely variety in their breakfast buffet. Also the rooms bathroom was gorgeous, always a win.

Summary: Upon our arrival and check-in, we found the bathroom trash can full of garbage left by the previous guests — the room had not been properly cleaned. On the second day, the room was not cleaned at all. The front desk staff showed no customer service whatsoever, very rude.

Summary: The staffs were amazing!! They were very kind to accept our request to add the breakfast to our stay. Amazing mouthwatering cookies as a welcome gift upon arrival. The staff Noemi was super helpful. She helped us plan our itinerary and gave us so many helpful tips and names of the restaurants. She is very knowledgeable and does her job very well. All the other staffs were also very kind and friendly.

Summary: Good sleeping place. Clean room, bath and bed, good furniture, light options, wifi, power outlets and television. Great staff, friendly, understanding and helpfull. reception, cleaning, restaurant, all of them. Breakfast offers a very big range of products but not anyone has a appetite of €30,00. Restaurant offers a good meal. Score 4.5 of 5. This is a great place to stay.

Summary: The location was OK, generally the surrounding of the Hotel doesn't seem very safe with a lot of homeless people around. Also there is no Parking at the hotel, but nearby. I was told not to park on the street as there would be a lot of vandalism, so we didn't feel too safe in Brussels.

Summary: This was a nice location, 5 mine walk to/from Bruxelles Nord metro, and the main strip of shopping, and other tourist sites. Since it was in the north, it was a bit more quiet, and near a lovely park. The staff were excellent, attentive, and kind. Thank you for a lovely stay!
