Positive: Location was excellent- we could walk everywhere Wifi was excellent

Negative: Cleaner must have been in a rush - left bleach bottle on sink, no hand soap but then we found it Half left coke and orange juice in the fridge Sandwich maker left with all crumbs in Pillow cases put on very untidy Pillows in poor condition TV did not work - was told a new battery is required but this did not come No hand towels - was told these will come tomorrow but did not arrive Hot water - only had 2 showers and then the water was cold until 1 whole full day to heat up again If you like things to a high standard then I would not recommend!

Negative: There were no enough trash bins. The kitchen area is too dark. The toilet is so small without exhaust. The shower area is not enclosed. The host was not responsive enough on concerns during our stay.

Summary: My family and I felt that our stay was relatively okay but the host could have done better

Positive: Upon arrival at the property, I rang the hosts, who talked me through entry into the building. It was a stress-free process, and access to the building, and the apartment itself, was very secure indeed. The hosts were there whenever I had a query, and their help on the day we checked-out of the apartment is highly commendable - they were true stars and we couldn't thank them enough. Excellent customer care skills.

Negative: Nothing to comment on, no complaints whatsoever.
