Summary: Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was extremely clean and comfortable, and loved how eco-friendly everything was. Convenient food/coffee downstairs. And the location was perfect! walkable distance to a lot of food/activities. Exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Great stay at the usual. Small room with a view. Very comfortable bed. Great coffee. A bit on the pricier side for the breakfast but overall everything was as expected.

Summary: Staying at The Usual was an incredible experience! Our room was very quiet and stayed plenty cool and dark, despite the fact that we were there during the big heat wave! The food and drinks from the U Bar were excellent and so convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Itzel! We felt the staff wanted us to be comfortable and enjoy our stay, and we did! The overall feel of the hotel is funky and modern, and I loved all the features that made it eco-friendly! We would definitely stay again. Thanks for being our sweet home away from home for 5 days!

Summary: Location was good for transit connections and local area had plenty of amenities. Hotel kindly held our bags pre check in and post check out at no extra cost. Did not enjoy the mattress and pillows, but I always struggle with these on trips away. Shower water pressure was fine but not what I like. The bed trapped against the wall was not good for 2 people sharing.
