Summary: The rental was clean and comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach where the whales put on quite a show. The kitchen was well-furnished. We will definitely return next year.

Summary: We went to Pismo beach for our nieces wedding. The house was spic n span. The location to the restaurants was easy walking distance and the beach was just a few blocks away Very quiet and the rental company was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Location great. Unit really nees an upgrade. Pictures look better than it shows. No one wanted to sit on the couch, pillows were disgusting and overall it is a dirty and dated unit. Utility closet dirty. Floors just surfaced clean. We had to have someone show us how to use the TV, because there was 5 different Remotes. I feel the dollars we paid for the unit was not a good value at all. The property management company was very nice and attentive.

Summary: Spent a few days with friends exploring the area!! This condo provided space for the four of us, along with a great kitchen for cooking. The location is wonderful; close to the beach, pier and fabulous restaurants!! Had a few electrical outlet issues but management was responsive and dealt with the issues promptly.
