Positive: The accommodation is conveniently located within the old town and is a good base for travel to other ancient towns. Room was very clean and comfortable. The host David was very helpful and thoughtful, going out of his way to assist us in many ways, e.g. arranging for private tours at our request and bringing us around the old town, making our stay a very pleasant one.

Negative: Breakfast is outside the hotel, in another hotel. Can not flush paper down the toilet due to plumbing infrastructure of old town. Concierge is not available 24/7. We had a blackout one evening, no fault of hotel however we could not reach anyone. Had to wait until owner accepted invitation from WeChat. No English speaking staff. Hotel is right inside Ancient town so expect music til 11pm blaring if you are lodging in the front of building.

Positive: Owner was super nice and helpful. We were always asking for help and guide. Room was big and recently renovated. Room is very modern with voice command. Toilet is equipped with bidet.

Negative: Despite being newly renovated, there were a few design flaws. Placement of the tap, sink is too small. Shower door could not close at all. The bidet seat was stuck sometime and have to restart the seat.

Positive: We recently stayed at the Sky Cloud Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful decor and a welcoming atmosphere. All the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, but I must give a special mention to David. From the very beginning, he was exceptionally kind and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. Our stay was truly memorable, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience.
