Positive: Mandy is the star of this property 10/10!! We have never met anyone so helpful and friendly before and during our travels to over 50 countries. The property is in a central location in the old town. Mandy had plenty of suggestions for trips and restaurants. We were grateful to have our laundry done too. Breakfast is served each morning until 10.30am. Our room was cleaned each day with fresh towels. Good hot shower. Our stay was great value for money!!

Negative: More options at breakfast with some different fruits. Didn’t like the smoking in the common areas (but smoking is very common in China). A little tidy up of the common areas hiding the cleaning equipment and deliveries (water etc) would make a good first impression.

Positive: Overall the property was fantastic, better than expected and in a great location. I think my key major things are the following: - San Qian（三千）was one of the most, if not the most helpful, person working at a hotel I've experienced in my life. She was super friendly and helpful 24/7 and also just wonderful to talk to. - The property has 3 dogs although they are out a lot of the time. Every night 熱狗 (literally hot dog) would come hang out and he was always a joy. - A good location in ancient town, not too close to bars but can walk everywhere. - Room was very clean and nice. - Hotel can arrange tours and help with anything needed as well at a fair rate. - Laundry on property if needed.

Positive: Great location just off a busy thoroughfare. When you walked in it was calm and tranquil. The host was very friendly and welcoming and was always wanting to be of help.
