Positive: Location was perfect, the luggage pickup service was amazing and the staff were very accommodating. The accommodation provides heating blanket which was very useful. Communication was mainly on WeChat, the staff does not speak English but it was no problem at all. Would definitely recommend.

Positive: Top-notch service!! The hosts are warm and very welcoming. It feels like home. The guy even helped us to order takeout and walked us to the nearest tea shop (very close to the hotel actually). He helped picking up our luggage as well! Even if they don't really speak English, they used translation to give their best to accommodate our needs. We had coffee before we left and me personally was served with pu er tea the night before. They have very cute and fluffy cats!!! Most importantly the toilet is equipped with an auto bidet. Not to forget the view of the hotel in general. Very very nice. Every spot is a nice spot for snaps. Plus point, the heated blanket and superb bed!!!! It got us through the cold night (coming from tropical country residents hahaha).

Negative: Slow wifi but it could be our phones problem as well. A tad bit small space considering we were of 3 pax. For Muslim, you might struggle a bit to find space to pray. My suggestion would be to remove unnecessary furniture to make ample space.

Positive: We loved our stay at Shile Inn. The property was very quaint and cozy and situated in a good location close to the Old Town. The owners and staff were all very friendly, and gave us heaps of recommendations for sight seeing and restaurants in the area. They even took us out for drinks at a bar with one of the other tenants which was fun to get a local experience.

Negative: Our origin room didn’t have a divider door for the bathroom, but the staff were very accomodating and upgraded us to another room with a door which was more to our liking
