Positive: The hostel boasts exceptional facilities, conveniently situated near public transportation, approximately 20 minutes from the city centre. It is situated in a tranquil environment. Accommodations are immaculately clean, and bedding is provided. Additionally, towels, as well as essential items such as adapters and chargers, are available upon request and subject to a deposit. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the hostel offers an interactive screen that facilitates booking and ticket purchases, surpassing the standard of most other establishments for convenience. The front desk remains open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This location is also close to Kilchberg where the Lindt chocolate factory is. Definitely a must visit for first timers. The staff were very accommodating when I had to leave early in the morning on short notice, they provided me with a ready to go breakfast kit. It was well needed and massively appreciated!

Negative: No complaints from me. I would stay again.

Positive: The location was approachable with nice views....however if passes to roam across the city would have been given it would have been much better.

Negative: Passes not provided. I needed that. Other youth hostels in Grindelwald, interlaken and even in laussane do provide that
