Positive: The service was friendly and attentive. We had breakfast in the library, which was amazingly beautiful. Easy access to the train station and the Old Town.

Summary: Highly recommended, and we will return when in Zurich.

Positive: The spa was lovely, the steam rooms could have been steamier not much steam, some of the pools were not very warm I caught a cold it was chilly at night. The breakfast was ok not many choices but sufficient. The food we ordered was just ok but I loved our room and view of Zurich. The rooftop pool very nice.

Negative: Steam rooms were not working properly the pools were not warm enough only one was very warm. No soup, just a few menu items. More food choices would have been good.

Summary: I would say it’s very clean with a wonderful staff but it wasn’t one of my favorite places I wouldn’t return it was over
