Positive: Super friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed and room including a mini kitchen. Good for light sleepers - very quiet room. Proper curtains to block out sunlight (open able for sun and air though) Sauna available as well as laundry machine and dryer (free).

Negative: If I have to nitpick - Shower made a bit of a weird noise but no biggie. Bathroom door is sort of a sliding door that doesn't really close but rather just slides over the opening loosely. Have to use some stairs to get to the lift.

Positive: It was easy to reach, practical location and has everything you need and more. I love that although is all incredibly simple they have added a touch by including a small fitness room and a perfect sauna. This is amazing! It would be even better if the sauna would be open until at least 21h.

Negative: I think the rooms could do with a little bit more of love. It is raw simple and some tiny details would make this place incredible.

Positive: All went good, it is a very nice location and the rooms are nice and clean. It has a small gym, laundry room and a very nice backyard where you can enjoy sunny days or store your bike.

Negative: As an international traveler I was hoping to have at least one tv channel in english where i could watch the news or something. Even though the room is very nice decorated and clean, i missed a comfortable chair i can sit to read or watch tv. Most of the time I was in the bed and for long stays this is tiring. Lastly, I tried to do some laundry but unfortunatellly the washing machine available was out of order.

Summary: Great place to stay, great location, great people. Minor improvements will make the stay even better

Positive: Possibly the best place I have stayed in Switzerland. Incredibly clean rooms, excellent facilities, perfect location (bus stop across the road), but most of all the warmest friendliest staff. I felt like I was at home.
