Summary: Wonderful staff, especially Jenny who is a gem! Love the balcony in every room. Very quiet and close to food shopping and an excellent espresso bar next door.

Summary: The staff went above and beyond to assist with my extended stay due to my travel companion having emergency surgery while in Zurich. They were helpful in giving directions to the train, medical clinic, hospital etc. I appreciated all their help and support.
