Positive: Stayed two nights to attend a local event. Very well designed and excellently equipped place, comfortable, spotless and quiet. View of Lincs fields and lovely sunset. Hosts are on site and very friendly and helpful. Super useful kitchenette with tea, coffee included.

Negative: Can't think of anything that could be improved. Have stayed in expensive hotels that are less comfortable and far more poorly designed. The only glitch was that Booking.com sent an incorrect location link that sent us the wrong postcode so best use the postcode sent directly by the hosts. Other than that - I think these hosts could advise many hotel chains on how to get accommodation right!

Positive: This was a lovely place to stay. The bed was very comfortable with lovely fluffy pillows. There was everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. There was tea,coffee,water and even cans of drink and cake and biscuit. I would highly recommend a stay for anyone. We certainly will be staying again.
