Positive: Lovely b&b, would recommend and book again. Property was well presented, clean and lots of extras included. Host was friendly and polite. I would highly rate this accommodation.

Positive: Very clean. Spacious room.

Negative: Needs a clear sign easily seen from both directions. A bath towel for shower would be good. I had read reviews and taken one. Would prefer fresh milk, not longlife. It's just a preference, not an issue.

Positive: The owner was waiting for me on my arrival and was so friendly. Shew me all the facilities that were available to me. The room was clean and tidy. Didn't feel like a B&B at all, was more like a hotel room. Would definitely go back to Pinchbeck and great value for money.

Summary: Just a shame I wasn't there for longer, amazing room and facilities!!

Positive: Stunning location. Peace and quiet, surrounded by fields and a nice little walk to stretch legs before heading onto the next location. Very clean and all super high standard. Tea and coffee and plenty of food to pick from for continental breakfast. Friendly host who left us alone but said to let him know if needed anything. I can’t rate this place high enough absolutely superb would not hesitate to recommend and come back if back in the area. Many thanks

Negative: The mattress was a little too soft for me personally, all perfectly comfortable and clean but it’s a preference and in no way a negative.

Positive: WOW, it's such a cute place. So modern. Extremely clean and fresh looking. Was greeted by the proprietor in a polite, friendly manner. We were shown around the complex. Was impressed with the room. The photos don't do justice to the adorable place. The room was bright and airy. We shared the bathroom and kitchen but didn't see or heard from the other person. The fridge was full of food for us to make continental breakfast. Food was topped up. There was a washing machine & dryer to make use of.

Negative: The mattress was too soft for myself as I was used to a firmer one. However, it didn't stop me from falling asleep.
