Positive: Amazing beautiful well presented Annex. The hosts Toby & Holy where amazing, lovely couple - stayed for a business trip, will defiantly book this place again when I'm in the area! 10/10!

Positive: Located near Pinchbeck in Lincolnshire, the Bolthole is an annex to the owner's main residence. It is a one bed stay, with a kitchen (including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and oven & grill), bathroom and living room with TV, a cupboard with DVDs and games, plus a four seat dining table. The setting is surrounded by farmland on three sides and to the front the River Glen runs parallel to the road. It's a quiet area and while we were there in early May, very relaxed. The fridge had milk, bottled water and a couple of cans of drink in for us courtesy of the owners, and the hospitality tray had loads of tea, coffee and sugar/sweetener (lots more than 'budget' hotels). Hosts were very communicative, helpful and friendly. The info pack was a valuable addition for amenities in the surrounding area. WIFI was free, and had good connection and speed. Bed was huge and very comfy. Bathroom had free towels and some cosmetics. A really well appointed, and well run premises, we have already booked another stay
