Positive: The location was perfect for a mountain view and sunrise. The rooms were very clean with all essentials. The restaurant and room service was very good. Staff members were prompt and courteous. This place is on a hilltop that is pretty cool during this time as well. The swimming pool was very clean and the view from the pool was very nice.

Negative: Two things. 1- approach rood was in bad condition that is why reaching the resort was a bit of a challenge. 2- Moutain view room 203, 204 are located downhill and the road is very steep, it is difficult for senior citizens and people with some discomfort struggle to reach the room and also climbing back to reception. A small vehicle could have been of help. SPA has not yet started.

Summary: A nice place to stay in Munnar with an excellent mountain view.

Positive: Zeezmount is such a lovely place to stay! It is just a short drive out of the town of Munnar, but close to everything. The location is fabulous - beautiful views and so peaceful - a gorgeous spot to relax after exploring tea plantations or climbing the nearby Chockramudi Peak. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the staff so friendly and helpful. We ate at the hotel both nights and loved the food, and the breakfast was great also. We really enjoyed relaxing in the pool and playing badminton. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Negative: Everything was great!

Summary: A gorgeous green and peaceful oasis with lovely staff, great facilities and food.

Positive: I stayed here for 3 day and 2 nights. Resort location and views are breath taking. Food served was very very nice and fresh. Mountain views from rooms and swimming pole is simply awesome.

Negative: People coming to this resort need to take some pain to reach there due to road leading to this resort. Food lovers will not see much option offered by restaurant in resort currently.

Positive: I loved the service, The staff is really kind and helpful. They made my stay really comfortable.

Negative: Height, My mother could not climb, rather than a slope, you can try making stairs. otherwise location is perfect, but road to get there is really terrible. Luckily, we were coming in daylight, i believe during night it will be really difficult to reach there.

Summary: Overall it was 9 out of 10. I must say again staff was really helpful to guide.

Positive: Overall, I had a very good experience and found the facilities to be excellent. Specifically, the breakfast, the staff, and the amenities were all very good. Additionally, the location of the property is excellent.

Negative: Currently some road works are going on near the property. Also location that showing on the google map and provided in the Booking.com site is slight different.

Positive: We really enjoyed the infinity pool and the views out over the jungle and surrounding mountains. The rooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable, with a great outdoor lounge space. The food was also really good!

Negative: The location is somewhat remote and requires traveling on rough roads. While taxi arrangements were available, transportation costs felt high for the area, and at this price point we would have expected either an in-house solution or stronger local partnerships to provide more consistent and reasonably priced transport. Overall, this contributed to the feeling that the property is still settling into its operations. Some of the property feels like it was built in a rush.

Summary: Beautiful views and a very comfortable room, with a few early-stage operational growing pains.
