Positive: Peaceful location and staff were very helpful.

Negative: The bathrooms weren’t clean at all. The toilet was leaking urine into the bathroom which made the room stink (on top of the damp smell). The hotel was obviously aware of this as they tried to cover it us by turning off the toilet water supply. The bedding also had stains on in both rooms and the seals around the sinks were disgusting. It’s not worth the money, stay closer to Munnar.
