The staff were genuinely polite, warm, and attentive throughout our stay — their hospitality truly made us feel like honoured guests rather than just visitors. The rooms were impressively spacious, clean, and comfortable. The overall vibes of the resort are simply wonderful — peaceful, scenic, and full of positive energy. The swimming pool was a lovely bonus, perfect for unwinding while soaking in the beautiful surroundings of Munnar's misty hills. Positive: Stay was good, No complaints but yes they cud hv arrange campfire for us but they din due to wet firewood (reason given by them). Pool area is the highlight of the property.

Positive: Room was very big, nice balcony (pool view room). Comfortable stay.

Negative: Every night at midnight, the wifi would turn off/reset. Also, they have a night light in the room that we could not turn off and it was very bright! We did put a suitcase covering the light but would be nice if the light was not so bright or we could turn it off (it lit up the whole room!).

Positive: The hotel manager is very helpful, the swimming pool and facilities are all good. The view over the pool is exceptional.

Negative: Unfortunately there is building work at the front of the pool. This doesn't affect the back of the hotel where we stayed and where the pool is.
