Positive: Robert ensured we got something from the stay. We really enjoyed chatting with him and the service at mealtimes. Some of the walks and bike rides were enjoyable
Negative: We were amazed that the wines they served as part of the package cost around usd 4 locally at makro. If they spent even usd 7 a bottle on some good stellenbosch or Swartland wines it would be a better introduction to South African wines for visitors and less penny pinching. The staff were good/friendly and were trying hard, but the place and game viewing offer didn't have much sparkle for the price - or any points of difference, given all the other options in the waterberg. It was all OK but overall a bit disappointing

Positive: Our stay at Zebras Crossing was amazing. We want to say a big thank you to Robert, Jildu, and Chipo for their wonderful hospitality. They took us on game drives with so much passion and energy, and they shared so much interesting knowledge about the plants and animals. It made every drive really special. We also want to thank the chef at Zebras Crossing Lodge for the delicious and surprising meals, every dish was a real treat! Thank you to all the staff for making our three night stay so enjoyable. We had such a great time and we really hope to come back one day.

Positive: Fantastic lodge, friendly staff and fantastic food. Robert was a fantastic host! All of our wants and neeeds were attended too immediately. The lodge is amazingly flexible with viewing times etc.
