Positive: Beautiful lodge, I went to another lodge close by and it looked in terrible condition compared. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was great.
Negative: Unfortunately I didnt get to have my massage that I wanted because the lady wasnt available.

Positive: Wild animals (kudus, monkeys, dassies) walking around the rooms Very comfortable room and bed Staff is very friendly The view from the hill All the different birds
Negative: If there’s a lot of rain, the 12km road to the property might be hard to drive without 4x4 One of the pools didn’t look that clean

Positive: In all years, staying at places this is the best, really the best. I could not believe how we were treated by the stuff soo friendly I had never seen before. This place is fantastic, really. Food service, everyone working here more than 5 stars. Great great

Positive: I loved the cave experience. I also enjoyed a spa pamper day from Caroline, she was exceptional. That lady is so so good
Negative: i hated the fact that they did not have a spa space. massages had to be done in my room. I would have loved to keep my space while i still enjoy the spa day

Positive: We attended a wedding and had a fabulous weekend. The staff were great, the game drive was a really nice addition. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed incl a hairdryer. The highlight were the animals on the property.
Negative: Internet wasnt great in our room but at the main lodge we had no issues at all.
