Summary: Excellent communication from host, very clean, and lots of sleeping options which made it great for large group. Very nice outdoor area. We watched a few movies in the theater room. The kitchen was well stocked. We chose to stay in Kanab for our trip to the parks. Very convenient location to Zion, Bryce, The North Rim of the Grand Canyon, and Antelope Canyon.

Summary: We are a group of senior citizens in Kanab to ride UTVs. The home provided sufficient parking and bedrooms. The kitchen was spacious and had two full size refrigerators. The property manager promptly replied to all our questions and remedied our minor issues. Great stay!

Summary: We loved how big the house was, we only needed 4 of the 7 rooms, but would love to come back with more of the family next time. There were tons of beds, bunk rooms, nice yard, and plenty of extra bedding, blankets, and towels which we appreciated. Cute poker room and nice theater room. We drove to Zion and Bryce Canyon from the house for day trips, but want to add Grand Canyon next time, when it is open. Easy rental and check in/out process. Thank you so much! (PS We meant to replenish the few pieces of wood we used for a small fire, but forgot, so let us know if we can compensate you!). Thanks again for the wonderful space!

Summary: We had a reunion in Kanab over Thanksgiving. This was a wonderful home with plenty of space, well equipped, clean, clean, clean!! The backyard was fun for the kids and the home has lots of fun surprises. Everyone else at the reunion was jealous of our accommodations!! Would definitely stay again!!
