Summary: I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals & this was one of the best. Perfect location equidistant to Zion, Bryce & Grand Canyon. Tons of literature in the home about all there is to do in the area. Loved being able to set my own memorable door lock code to get in. Great accommodation: 2 bedrooms, 2 sitting rooms, 2 bathrooms, big dining table, etc. and a very responsive & lovely hostess! Highly recommend!

Summary: Certainly one of the best VRBOs I have every stayed. Every aspect was great - communication, description, cleanliness, etc. Price was fair also.

Summary: Mom's Place is like going to a friend's house who had just stepped out momentarily. It's a personal and cozy place, furnished and decorated beautifully. Everything you might need to stay for a while. Full kitchen, comfy bedding and bath... even healthy houseplants! Many interesting books to peruse, and birds to watch from the back yard. Joan greeted us and we had a lovely conversation about the place, her Mom and lots of other topics! A lovely and personal place to stay at a great value.

Summary: My husband and I stayed for two weeks. We were so impressed how well this house was clean, equipped with all household items, and nicely decorated. We felt like staying at home of relatives or friends. Location was quiet, on the outskirts of Kanab but still convenient to everything. We liked eating on the front porch and look at the Kaibab plateau. Also Cottonwood trailhead was within walking distance. We hope to be back soon.

Summary: We all felt like we were staying at our mom’s home. Clean, comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make meals. Quiet neighborhood, close to town. We LOVED our stay at mom’s place. Close to Bryce Canyon and local hiking trails and close to town. Kanab is an awesome town!
