Positive: The view from the room was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Negative: The breakfast was not great, there were not enough elevators. The towels were old and needed to be replaced. The happy hour was not memorable. The arcade took our money and didn't allow my kids to play the games. The pool water had so much chlorine that it stunk up the whole 9th floor.

Summary: Good views, nice staff. Hotel environment felt like the worst parts of a cruise.

Positive: we were moved to Embassy suites due to evacuee situation at Wyndham I rascrazy busy.

Negative: toilets in suites were way too low to floor. Need a safety grab bar to get up. Had to pay $ 400 upgrade charge for same type of room

Positive: Room was very comfortable, staff efficient and friendly. Afternoon reception was nice, location was good.

Negative: The long lines to take elevators up or down at all times of the day. This was a huge detractor and reason to notbreturn. Parking too expensive for the situation.

Positive: We actually did not stay at the Wyndham Grand Our reservation got switched to Embassy Suites because of the Canadian Wildfires the Canadian Government required the Wyndham Grand to serve as a refuge hotel for wildfires refugees. The hotel we were switched to was very good and we were not disappointed.

Negative: Some of the staff were unfriendly. They were very pushy about upgrading and upset if you didn't. We also were moved from the Wyndham, and our room was not comparable to what we originally booked.
