Positive: Very clean and ideal for location to be across Fallsview casino but i forgot to ask for a loaner hairdryer . Staff was so nice and accommodating especially to provide me not only comp parking because I have a disabled permit for my car but to be so helpful

Positive: Came in after a bad experience at a different hotel and received the most spectacular service and room upgrade! Most comfortable beds!!!!!!!!!! Clean!!!! Definitely the best value and quality combo in the falls

Negative: Tower B is odd and not great to get to, but the rooms are clean and comfortable!!!
