Positive: The rooms were clean and properly stocked. Great view. Lovely Shower. Staff were very friendly.

Negative: The cost is pretty high considering you don't offer even the minimum of a breakfast. I've paid $250 less for a smaller but quality place that offers continental breakfast with a large variety of items. No food option besides a very expensive restaurant when guests number more than 3 people. The room was much smaller than it looked in the pictures and the beds were very firm, which might be a plus for some guests, but for me it wasn't. I could barely walk in the morning.

Positive: Reception was extremely lovely and professional. Check in was seamless. Had a nice room on 15th floor overlooking the falls.

Negative: Really strong smell of diesel in the hotel. An d dogs barking at 6am

Negative: Doors locked at 10:00 pm. A little worried when I arrived but once I was inside it was wonderful.

Positive: The lobby was charming. Love the ambience. Pool was good. Staff were friendly.

Negative: The room was a bit shabby, carpet had been patched, and was frayed around the edges. Bed was uncomfortable, springs were sticking up, and were noisy when we rolled over. Breakfast was ok, but not much selection. Eggs and sausage were a bit dried out. Had a difficult time getting out of the elevator with our baggage when leaving as there were construction workers filling the hall with sheets of drywall, and other gear. While not part of the hotel itself, we booked a package with water park passes, and we were thoroughly disappointed with the water park. It was poorly maintained, water was cloudy and dirty, there was trash on changeroom floors.

Summary: Underwhelming for the price paid
