Positive: The location was great! Room was good.

Negative: There was no towel holder to place your towels on after use. The toilet paper holder didn't lock, toilet paper kept falling on the floor! TV remote didn't work, we were stuck watching one channel!

Positive: Room layout was unique with 2 tv flat screens. One in a separate closed door king bedroom and the other in the main sitting room with couch and chair.

Negative: The ac unit was not updated with renovation. It was a 1999 unit and original to the building. I could tell the unit was heavily contaminated with growth when I stepped in the room. Once we sprayed with an air cleaner(ozium) it was ok.

Summary: We were very satisfied with the stay.

Positive: It was clean, I filled out all my paperwork online so checkin was a breeze.

Negative: There is a plant filled island between the canopy that covers the front door and the parking lot with a walkway. On both sides of that island there r curbs so u can’t walk ur roller board through that area , u have to go around. I would suggest u make a ramp on both sides of that walk way. Also the front door is a pull door. It’s very difficult to get in and out of the door when u have ur luggage and have to pull that door open. Please put an automatic door there.
