Summary: Property was family friendly,short walk to the beach, clean and fairly quiet. Loved the quieter northside of the island. Lots of ships to watch, great beach combing- we found a ton of shells! Highlight was swimming with dolphins- they came within 50 yards of us right in front of the condo and we got to hang with them in the water. We would stay here again for sure. We didnt really have any issues per se, but the welcome packet is a bit confusing because it says you need pool passes but I guess you really dont? It also says there is a remote for the gate to the community but there wasnt. The tv in the living room has a weird flicker to it when we tried to watch movies at night, a bit hard on the eyes. Overall this place was awesome though.

Summary: Another great vacation in Tybee. We were here last year for only 2 days in April and came back again this year and stayed for 4 days. Condo was very clean and great location. Loved sitting on the big balcony and walked around the neighborhood and visited the Lighthouse and restaurants. My granddaughter loved the pools and we spent lots of time there. Very peaceful and the weather was perfect. Hope to come back again.

Summary: Nice condo with easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We went during the off season so only a few families on the complex grounds and the pool to ourselves.The only complaints we have about the property was the heating/cooling vent fan was a little louder than we are used to.

Summary: This unit has a wonderful view of the beach and easy access. We loved that there was an elevator and parking for two cars. The beach was not crowded and we loved looking for shells. There is a lot to see and do nearby also. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay but the dining table was not large enough for 6 people (for which there is sleeping) and the water pressure was poor. The water also had a bad smell and taste. We felt the furnishings were poorly matched and paint was chipping off kitchen table. We might try another place next time.

Summary: The condo was perfect for our family’s first trip to Tybee Island. It’s a small walk to the beach but it was very hot so the elevator access was huge! Very easy check in, great pool access, and a beautiful view! We loved it and hope to return!

Summary: Best location on island. Nice property, unit, and views. Bill was a great host. We had a small complaint and didn’t tell Bill until we left but I know if we would’ve told him during our stay he would’ve addressed it. If we visit Tybee again, we wouldn’t want to stay at any other property.
