Negative: Walking up the steep (but short hill) to get the cottage with luggage... but wouldn't put me off!

Positive: Nice house, comfortable bedrooms and beds, nice terrace event though you don'h have the view from there. The location is great to discover the area. We loved Exeter, Dartmouth (with the steam train and the steam boat) and an extraordinary day in the Dartmoor national park (Lydford Gorge, Devil's cauldron, Widecombe in the moor, Haytor and Houndtor). For a fantastic afternoon tea, go to Bovey Castle!

Negative: The view was a little bit disappointing. You can only see the nice point of view from the 1 and second floor, but not from the terrace. If you choose the house for that reason, it's good to know that. The road that leads to the house is really steep, difficult, be careful if your car is low. The communication with the host wasn't very easy. She ignored most of my messages. There wasn't enough towels for everybody, and when I sent a message to the host she didn't answer me and never gave me the missing towels. (not very kind when you ar a family of 5 and were counting on it).
