Summary: 1st class customer service! The room i was put into, room 7, was spacious, comfortable with 2 easy chairs, nice large bathroom. Highly recommended, 5*

Summary: Arrived early, was able to sit and have a shandy in the pub. Checked in and then came down fir my first evening meal. Absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend for location and facilities.

Summary: All the staff were really friendly and helpful. When we first arrived our rooms were very cold and couldn't get the radiator to work. When I spoke to a lady at reception she looked into it for us. She got the engineer to come out within the hour and got it fixed. Fantastic service. The rooms were clean and comfortable if not a little basic.The food, although they had quite a limited menu at the moment, was excellent, never had a better fish and chips in our lives, would definitely recommend. All in all, we had a great stay.

Summary: I could not be happier with my stay. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. The room was clean and relaxing after a long day of hiking. It can't be beat for the price.

Summary: Great overall standard... just some feedback that the shower in room 4 want very powerful at all when we were there. Perhaps there was a fault and it may be fixed by the time you read this?
