Summary: Never been to Lincoln so overall loved the place. A mixture of modern and boutique shops and cafe/bars and the hotel was the icing on the cake. Lovely scenery literally next to the cathedral. Clean and friendly from the moment we arrived. Room was huge and tasteful as well as clean airy. Was quite noisy on the evening as were on the main road but didn’t stop us sleeping in the massive comfy bed. Elemis products to use was a fabulous wow factors and then breakfast…what can I say, delicious! We went out elsewhere to eat but came and sat in the bar and it was a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back…thank you White Hart

Summary: Room was spacious and the bathroom was equally big! Everything was clean and. Well presented. Due to being old however the room was very warm. Stay still very enjoyable and being next to the cathedral and the castle was a definite bonus.

Summary: We have stayed at The White Hart several times and always enjoyed our visits. This time was in the middle of the heat wave and the temperature outside was in excess of 32 degrees. The hotel room was exceeding hot and there was no fan which given the heat, we thought there would of been one in the room as standard. Hopefully this be changed by our next visit, especially as we seem to be having many more hot spells

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at The White Hart a beautiful recently renovated hotel that is both comfortable and plush. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly . The location is really good close by the cathedral and castle.

Summary: The hotel was lovely and had a lot of character and located perfectly in the city. However the issue for us was the lack of communication from the hotel. We were emailed prior to our stay requesting us to reply if we wanted to park at the car park which I did but received no response. I also emailed asking if there was air con or if fans could be provided since we were in a heatwave but again, no response. Had they said there would be no way to cool the room down I'd have probably have exercised my free cancellation and booked elsewhere as the heat was unbearable and as the room doesn't even have proper windows to open to let air in I couldn't make it any cooler either. Similarly they didn't reply to say we couldn't park there so on arrival we rang them to check only to find it was fully booked as was every other car park in the area meaning we spend a lot more than planned on parking. Breakfast in the restaurant was slow to arrive, we had to ask three times for our drinks too. Overall a lovely hotel but we would be unlikely to return purely based on the hotels communication
