Positive: The location was great, was nice and quiet, little shop that had everything you needed just down the hill 3 min walk, lidia was great very friendly and helpful, was very very clean, games room was great for a little fun before heading out, also sorted us a car for free whats not to love, will defo be back soon.

Positive: The children enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of space.
Negative: Its location (very high up and not walkable to the town Centre). The property was overall tired with a lot of equipment needing changing ( eg kettle with broken lid) or needing modernized. Not enough cutlery. Beds very hard and uncomfortable- not of the standard for a luxury villa.
Summary: Location was a letdown and the villa should not be marketed as a luxury villa.

Positive: We loved the gym and pool facilities. The beds were so comfy. The house was beautiful and fully equipped for a fantastic getaway and catch up with friends, and close enough to walk into Wells.
Negative: The hot water didn't last long enough for more than 5 of us to shower in succession, which of course would be fine if we knew in advance. Sadly the built in speaker system was blown in the kitchen but thankfully there was a huge TV with great sound to get Spotify on.
Summary: We loved this house!
