Positive: Fantastic room. Beautiful food and staff were lovely
Negative: My fault for not checking but would recommend they bought a mini fridge that could be used when needed, we have a newborn baby and I assumed there was a fridge in room ( not a criticism as I should of been prepared). Let me use the fridge at reception which was good however no access over night when I needed it but nethertheless we would return again as was beautiful and ideal for our mini break.

Negative: Despite requesting a quiet room, we were situated adjacent to a stair well, which meant we could hear other guests walking up and down the stairs all night. Me and my friend both had a poor night’s sleep. He likes a firm mattress and me a soft mattress, yet both of us were tossing and turning all night.

Positive: Everything was great, the customer service was second to none! The breakfast was amazing. The staff were excellent. It was our anniversary and they had left a bottle of Prosecco in the room with a happy anniversary note. The location was perfect! A wonderful stay and great value for money! We will be back for sure when we are next in the area!
Negative: A net curtain on the main window would have allowed for better privacy as the room is opposite the main function rooms outside area. The room would have benefited from some brighter lighting. But these two issues did not spoil a wonderful stay, they are just suggestions for slight improvement.
Summary: Fantastic stay we would highly recommend this hotel!

Positive: The staff were all lovely and really helpful. The restaurant was lovely, everything seemed fresh and a good selection with a nice atmosphere. In general the communal areas were all really nice and well kept. The bonus skittles lane downstairs, great fun!
Negative: The room wasn’t very clean, fine for one night but there were grapes from a previous occupant on the floor along with dust balls and other signs of the floor not having been hoovered properly. Unfortunately there was a power cut overnight so we weren’t able to have a shower in the morning, wash hands or flush the toilet plus they couldn’t provide hot breakfast as they’re unable to cook. While not the hotels fault perhaps they should have a backup generator for these instances. Having said that all the staff dealt with it well and were extremely friendly.
Summary: Could be lovely, think I got a bad room.

Positive: All the local girls on the staff went out of their way to be helpful
Negative: Noise from the corridor doors which shook our door every time someone went through. This is probably unique to room 110 due to the short distance between corridor doors. No automatic way to replenish tea etc. supplies in the room. Breakfast a bit overcooked both QAz days.
