Positive: The staff were all lovely and really helpful. The restaurant was lovely, everything seemed fresh and a good selection with a nice atmosphere. In general the communal areas were all really nice and well kept. The bonus skittles lane downstairs, great fun!
Negative: The room wasn’t very clean, fine for one night but there were grapes from a previous occupant on the floor along with dust balls and other signs of the floor not having been hoovered properly. Unfortunately there was a power cut overnight so we weren’t able to have a shower in the morning, wash hands or flush the toilet plus they couldn’t provide hot breakfast as they’re unable to cook. While not the hotels fault perhaps they should have a backup generator for these instances. Having said that all the staff dealt with it well and were extremely friendly.
Summary: Could be lovely, think I got a bad room.

Positive: All the local girls on the staff went out of their way to be helpful
Negative: Noise from the corridor doors which shook our door every time someone went through. This is probably unique to room 110 due to the short distance between corridor doors. No automatic way to replenish tea etc. supplies in the room. Breakfast a bit overcooked both QAz days.

Positive: The team were very friendly especially the lady on reception, Natasha I think. All the serving team also esp. Archie who helped us from Day 1. Lovely location with great views of Glastonbury Tor
Negative: Dinner was a little slow at times and breakfast could have had a wider variety of choices. Full breakfast was disappointing. Better fans in the bedrooms in Thai extreme weather.
Summary: Overall a lovely location where we would stay again, better air con would be even more appealing..
