Positive: Location was perfect, breakfast good and room was a good size. The receptionist was extremely helpful in trying to find us a space in the car park. In the end we parked out of town.

Negative: Could have made check in time clearer so I could get there earlier and park in the car park. Or maybe they did and I didn't read it properly.

Summary: Great location for what we needed, good breakfast served early.

Positive: Location very good. Car park good. Bar good

Negative: Claustrophobic upstairs and very hot In corridors and bedroom. No lift. No concierge service. Drinks expensive in bar.

Negative: Room generally OK but magnetic catch was broken which allowed cupboard light to stay on when it shouldn't. Simple cheap repair needed. Would have preferred/expected thermostatic shower controls.
