Summary: Our family of five stayed three nights for a wedding that was nearby. The amenities were great, check in was easy and Dallas and Sarah were great hosts. We will be back again soon!

Summary: Nice property. Suite was very clean. We used the kayaks to explore the area which was a great feature of the property. Communication with the owners was good. Would recommend if you are looking for a great stay in the Brentwood area.

Summary: The suite that we had exceeded our expectations! The main bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable king bed. The second bedroom was also quite large with a comfortable queen. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots/pans. There is also a full sized fridge and stove/oven. The bathroom is also large with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The location of the property is great! You are close to the shore and within walking distance of many trails and restaurants. The yard faced the marina and had a very nice fire pit /bbq area down by the shore. There was also a sauna and hot tub. Our hosts were unobtrusive but were available to answer any questions/ concerns that we had.

Summary: Stayed for 5 nights with my college age daughter on a visit to Vancouver Island. This was a nice place with friendly and helpful owners. We really enjoyed our stay even though we couldn’t take much advantage of the marina location like we could have in the summer.

Summary: My girlfriends from GA came to visit me in WA. They requested we visit Butchart Gardens, so I found this home on VRBO. It was close to the gardens and other amenities. Inside the 2 bedroom unit was very nice, well maintained, and comfortable. The outdoor space down at the dock was awesome (as was the weather)! We totally enjoyed having cocktails, meals, and viewing the sunsets there! My only issue was that the area hadn't been tidied up before our arrival, so we ended up doing some of that ourselves. The owner did come down next day and finished cleaning up fireplace. He was apologetic and brought more firewood down for us. We did wish there was any easier way to get down to the unit (with luggage, groceries, etc) as there are many stairs and a somewhat step driveway. And we are all in our 60's. Overall, it was fantastic and I would rent this property again!

Summary: We rented out both suites at this property and has family stay in both! The view is stunning as you are literally a stairwell away from the ocean. The dock and kayaks were so accessible and we had so much fun using them to check out the Bay and visit Our other family members down the street. Travel by boat not by car! It’s awesome! The suites were clean and set up nicely- they are attached by a laundry room and since we rented both we were able to visit our family and have breakfast all together. We most definitely will be back to Brentwood bay and recommend this property to all of our family!
