Summary: Decor made the place look run down. They first gave me a room on the 1st floor, which I rejected. The later gave me a room across the hall from the elevator on the 3rd floor. No much better…translation to me…we don’t care about you, crappy customer service.

Summary: Was a great stay as obviously the rooms had been renovated. Housekeeping and breakfast were terrific as well as front desk staff. Nice bonus was the pub and attached liquor store.
