Hot Tub , washer ,dryer ,oven ,fridge freezer with ice machine microwave lots of cutlery crockery a totally awesome coffee machine Complimentary coffee Bedrooms are spacious bathrooms have great showers Simona the owner was fabulous got us some staples for our arrival and was a message away I cannot say enough good things about this property it was just perfect for our holiday

Positive: The property is fabulous with several amenities, super clean and comfortable. It really feels like home and my wife and two little girls loved the lake view. Kitchen, bathrooms e bedrooms are fully equipes for a family with children. Simona, our hostess, made us feel completely at home, she is extremely fast to reply and I saw that she was very happy to provide an awesome experience. It is hard to describe how much my family loved the house. Thanks a lot Simona, please excuse us for any inconvenience and be sure that you successfully captivated a family from Brazil.

Positive: Villa Serena was a well appointed, cozy house in Sunrise. It was like a home away from home. Well situated near to Sawgrass Mills and all locations in the area. Everything was provided and air conditioning and lighting were perfect along with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen facilities. It was spotlessly clean. It also was great to come home from a long day and relax in the back patio with a peaceful water view and some evening breeze. My family even enjoyed outside in the early mornings. The owner/manager was always available to communicate and assisted with all our additional needs. It was a great week and will stay here again.
