Summary: Staff was very nice . My room wasn’t ready even at 5 pm . They did give me 12 pm check out however the noise from housekeeping in the hallway which started at 830 am kept waking me up . I booked the hotel because I went to a concert the night before and like to sleep late .

Summary: The hotel is beautiful and there were many restaurants conveniently located nearby within walking distance. The beds are very comfortable. Go enjoy the views of the area from the 8th floor outdoor sitting area!

Summary: Property was ok, our door lock wasn’t working and took 30min for someone to come look and didn’t have the right equipment to get us in. Next morning at 4:30 am we had water start pouring out of the ceiling into the room. We had to grab all our stuff and evacuate. Unfortunate and very inconvenient.
