Quiet and safe neighborhood family oriented.
We are located close by to the Florida Hockey Panthers stadium that is use also for concerts.
Florida is well known for the aligataros is many attractions 30 to 40 minutes away from out place to have a encounter experience.
A ten minutes walk distance you can find a convenience store plus a great breakfast/lunch place and a bus stop that can take to the mall and beach ⛱️
Your space is a private room with independent entrance. With a individual parking for a vehicle.
The house live 5 grown-ups. We will see in the backyard two chickens and sometimes our two dogs. Is a fence that divide the backyard so the pet won't be able to go to your area. They are friendly but we ask to please don't feed them or try to pet them.

Summary: We came in for Michigan for a few days before we sailed out of Miami. Super cute and very homey feeling, complete with quick snacks. There was an umbrella available which came in real handy when it down-poured for 30 minutes. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Summary: The owner was awesome and great with communication. The room was comfortable and clean. The only thing we weren’t aware of from the listing was there were chickens and a dog in a fenced area in the back. It turns out that they were both very quiet so it wasn’t an issue. It would have be nice to know prior to booking as we only found out after the booking.

Summary: Excellent. Everything was perfect. My son loved the chickens and jacuzzi bathtub. Husband said it was the most comfortable bed he’d ever slept in. Unfortunately didn’t get to use the pool as weather was a little too cold, but did have dinner on the patio. Loved all the little extras provided, ie blankets, beach towels, paper plates and toiletries. The place is very sanitary and smells lovely. Seamless process entering and exiting. Did not meet our host, though she checked in daily. We will be back soon! A pure gem!
