Positive: The property was amazing. Location and amenities were perfect. Daily cleaning and nightly turndown service were great. Everything you could imagine was provided- bikes, trolleys, 10 pools, everything you need was provided

Negative: Room 218 assigned obstructed view located over massive pool equipment, limited privacy . Apparently Booking. Com and Water color inn have a different understanding of accommodations. The resort claims Bookings at fault for the room mix up . Probably better to book directly

Positive: This hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful the entire stay. The hotel is beautiful and easy to get around. An easy vacation with or without children.

Summary: Definitely a splurge for a vacation, but worth it!

Positive: The staff was amazing...very helpful. Nice big room...beautiful sunsets. Heater for the pool wasn't working. To cold to swim. Went to the club next door. I will definitely be going back.

Positive: Perfect location for a short beach trip to 30A. The views of the Gulf from the 3rd and 4th floor rooms can't be beat. Easy access to the beach via the boardwalk over the dunes and access to four different pools on the property in addition to Camp Watercolor a short bike ride away. Wonderful dining options within the hotel with Gather and FOOW
