Summary: We had a wonderful time at Pearl. Avant-Stay was wonderful and attentive to any issues we were having. I liked the beach bag and ball cap they left for us as I forgot these items at home so they were a huge help. The home was comfortable, private, relaxing and perfect. We did have to rent bikes and a golf cart, would have been nice if those items (even just the bikes) were included with the rental as other homes we have stayed in before in the same subdivision included bikes and golf cart. I liked how every day essentials such as kitchen cleaner and shampoo for example, were plentiful in the home. Thank you Avant-Stay! ☺️

Summary: Overall met expectations & just as advertised. Huge plus right across street from pool & playground! Very clean but a few minor items for improvement… plantation shutters broken on a few downstairs windows, toilet seats appeared very worn, & outdoor daybed cushion needed a deep clean.

Summary: The description scared me a little because it made it seem like it was different than advertised but it was great! Everything needed was there, it was nice and clean and easy to check in and out, plenty of space, nice location in neighborhood, and comfortable amenities! I would stay her again for sure!

Summary: We love staying in NatureWalk. It's a great location - not too crowded but close enough to bike to Seaside or the beach. House was great layout for traveling with four kids between 11-17.
