Perfectly sized for a group of 4, the home features a king suite with private screened in porch. Enjoy your view of Cerulean Park and listen to the fountain from the luxury of the plush outdoor seating. The ensuite bath features a dual vanity sink, walk-in shower plus additional combination shower/tub, perfect for when the entire family needs to get ready for dinner at the same time. An additional queen suite completes the first floor of the home, with designer four poster bed, luxurious bedding, and ensuite bath.
The main living area is located on the second floor, with an open concept floor plan and a light, airy feeling. The interiors are chic, relaxing, and luxe. French doors open to the 2nd balcony, overlooking Cerulean Park and features lounge seating plus privacy screens on one side for quiet moments. Reviewer Comments: Nice residence, great location and very clean for being pet friendly. Our only criticism was the dresser in the master bedroom. Very inexpensive piece of furniture where it was a major struggle to close the drawers. We finally gave up on it and removed our belongings and stored them elsewhere.

Reviewer Comments: Good stay in a convenient location in Watercolor near the beach club. Rental was nicely decorated but some visible stains in the carpet in the bedrooms which made it feel less clean. Wish there were some more basics in the kitchen such as oil, salt, pepper but there was nothing of the sort. No beach equipment available either (i.e. towels, chairs, umbrella) so everything needs to be rented. Golf cart not included. 2 bikes includes which were convenient. Again good stay, no issues just wish there were some of these small additional items offered to make it easier for out of town visitors like other rental units. Also, only one key available & key is required to lock/unlock doors which made it inconvenient - wish there was a keypad or at least 2 sets of keys. Access to Beach Club was nice & good for dogs with convenient location across from a dog friendly park.
